What we cannot help with

We are not a booking agent and have no access to any hotel's reservation system. Room availability, rates, cancellations, loyalty accounts and billing all have to go to the hotel directly. Messages of that kind will not reach anyone who can act on them.

Replies usually take a few working days. Corrections move faster.
